Enjoy 45 minutes of pure joy as we shake and shimmy our bodies to our favourite music. From 80s rock to modern pop, we will learn simple dance sequences that will get us sweating, flexing, and strengthening our bodies.

This class will:

  • Boost your cardiovascular fitness
  • Improve your stamina and strength
  • Work the muscles in your arms, core and legs
  • Leave you with a massive smile on your face
