Want to live that magical musical or movie moment?
Excited to dance to your favourite songs?
In these classes you will learn a short 1-2 minute dance routine around the pole. These routines are based on various themes, which alternate each month.
Our unique themed pole flow classes give you the chance to:
Have fun and nurture your inner child
Let go of your stresses and worries
Get a great cardiovascular dance workout
Meet people with similar interests
And so much more…
Some of our most popular themes include:
Disney Pole Flow
Things get magical in our Disney Pole Flow class. Become the Disney Princess (or Villain…) that you’ve always desired.
This is one of our longest running themed Pole Flow classes! We have danced to music from Moana, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Nightmare Before Christmas, Tangled, Pocahontas, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, and Hercules.
Live out your theatre kid fantasy with exciting routines to your favourite musical tunes.
The demand for a musicals class couldn’t be ignored. To give you an idea, we have now danced to music from Wicked, Cats, Anastasia, Chicago, Grease, Hairspray and Prince of Egypt.
Rebelle Routines – Rock & Metal Music
Want to head bang and twirl around the pole to your favourite alternative music? This is the class for the rockers.
We have danced to music from Whitesnake, ACDC, KORN, The Darkness, Motley Crue, Linkin Park, and more.
Booking Your Class
These pole routine classes are usually OPEN LEVEL – which means you don’t need ANY pole dancing experience to attend. Every routine is suitable for new starters, and we offer variations to suit different abilities.
The only exception is Disney and Musicals, for which we offer Beginner and Experienced levels to suit our new starters and regular dancers who have been attending these sessions for years (we have quite the group of Disney / Musicals loyalists at the studio!).
You can do these classes as a 4 week course, or Pay As You Go if you need more flexibility.
