What does a Pole Party involve?
Your pole party will be 1.5 hours of laughter and riotous fun!
- Arrive up to 10 minutes early to complete your paper work
- Start with a warmup to get our bodies ready for the session, this can be themed to fit the rest of the party vibe
- We will enjoy your pole party, whether you pick the ‘Pole Fitness’ or ‘Pole Routine’ option is up to you!
- Time for group and individual photos will be left at the end, so charge your phones and come in your glad rags
BOOK YOUR POLE PARTY
Your party can be tailored to you, but we have some guidelines to help you decide!
Step 1: Pick Your Party
- ‘Pole Fitness’ – learn beginner friendly moves and combos in a fun, energetic environment
- ‘Pole Routine’ – learn a fun and frisky beginner friendly pole routine to a song of your choosing (or let us choose for you!)
Step 2: Gather Your Group
- Groups of 3-6 – £20 per person
- Groups of 7-8 – £18 per person
Step 3: Book in Your Date
We usually have availability for parties on:
- Saturdays (all day)
- Sunday evenings
We will arrange payment for your group, and then all the necessary paperwork for health and safety will be completed on the day of your party. You will be given a 1.5 hour timeslot, but you can arrive up to 10 minutes early to complete your paperwork.
