What are ‘Serenity Sessions’?
These are short 20-30 minute sessions where you can relax, unwind and recharge. Whether that is after a long day at work or with the kids, at the end of a busy week, or even just because prioritising self-care is essential, no matter how stressful your life is! (or isn’t – we wish!)
‘Serenity Sessions’ aren’t like your average meditation class in Wirral. Meditation alone is hugely beneficial, but these sessions also incorporate expertise based on Peach’s knowledge as a confidence coach offering 1-2-1 and group sessions across the UK and the world.
A mix of guided meditation, visualisation, mindfulness, coaching and other techniques are employed to encourage you to feel the transformative power of your ‘Serenity Practice’. These sessions are kept deliberately short to act as special moments of positive encouragement, reflection and self-care to fit around your busy schedule.
